A Recent Case Study:

World famous original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of camera recording equipment for the television and motion picture industry required a UK General Manager to lead an EMEA business unit as part of a growth strategy in a changing marketplace. A fully retained Executive Search Headhunt campaign was carried out to source the best candidates within the marketplace, both from direct competitors and other related sectors.  This involved interviews in Europe and the ultimate placement of a leading candidate with both the technical background to focus on R&D and the commercial acumen to lead the business and perform a cultural change agent role within the organisation.
